What is Group?
Group is a place where individuals with similar struggles can meet together to find encouragement, support, and community.
Groups can be very effective in helping someone who has experienced individual counseling with multiple therapists with little success. A group offers something that individual therapy does not and vice versa.
Groups are a great way to find people who connect with you emotionally and who understand your struggles. Let’s face it, there are times when we feel all alone in our life and struggle to find someone who can relate to us. Group is all about relationships with others who get it.
